How to Book

Introduction

You can not automatically book at Henorita - we prefer to personally check all your requirements first, and answer any questions you may have. That way, you can book with Henorita with total peace-of-mind. What you finally book is what you get, with no surprises.

Even if you are not ready to book, please Contact Us at anytime with questions you may have, and we will be happy to answer them.

Once you're ready to book, please follow these simple steps:

Proceed to Booking

Please email us with what you would like to do. Once you're happy, we will send you a personal booking form.

Personal Booking Form

To complete this, we will need the following details from you:
  • Your name, address and e-mail address.
  • Contact telephone numbers
  • Names of group members (if booking accommodation)
  • Flight Details
  • How you found Henorita (Search engine, friend, magazine article, etc)
    • Please see European Weekends Ltd Privacy Policy for details on how we use, store and regard your personal data.

    The booking form will detail your package. Payment requirements depend on your package and how long you are booking in advance. After agreeing to Henorita's Terms and Conditions please send us the booking form.

    We will then send you a booking confirmation on receipt of your booking form and payment (if applicable).

    Payment Timings

  • Accommodation
    We require a deposit payment at the time of booking, the complete balance due 8 weeks before you arrive.

  • Activities and Tickets
    A deposit is required at the time of booking, the complete balance being due 8 weeks before you arrive.

  • Booking with less than 8 weeks before Arrival
    We still accept bookings if you book less than 8 weeks before you arrive. However, we expect prompt full payment to secure your booking.
    • How to Pay

    You can either pay by Credit or Debit Card, bank transfer or cheque.

    Deposit Receipt

    On receipt of your deposit payment, we will send you a full receipt and confirm your booking.

    Final Arrangements

    In the week before you arrive, our suppliers confirm all timings with us. We will contact you to confirm that everything is ready.

    We encourage you to provide us with the mobile number of a mobile your group will be taking on your hen weekend. This is very useful for communications on your hen weekend, especially alarm calls to get you up in time for activity pick-ups from hotels.
