hen do in Benidorm

Hi Chris,
We had a good time on the boat trip.
I'd strongly recommend Cafe Miranda for hen weekends for food in the evening. The entertainment is quite bizarre (it is a gay place) but really good fun, the food was good and the waiters were very good looking !
Many thanks

Amanda from London

Hen Activities in Benidorm: Cable Ski

Carve up the waves with cable ski! So you want an activity right on the famous pristine beaches of the Costa Blanca! What better way to spend an afternoon, than cable skiing at the world famous site where it all began back in 1966: The Levante Beach. With international championships staged here regularly, as well as tourists and locals trying out their balance and perseverance, we know that you’ll love the challenge of this exciting activity. Especially when you’re cushioned by the warm Mediterranean sea.
Carve up the waves with cable ski! If you’ve ever tried water skiing, you will know that it doesn´t come naturally to most and that you often spend more time being dragged through the water, than actually skimming across the sea, waving at the fans lining the beach impressed with your double back somersault! However, cable skiing although by no means easy, suits every level from complete virgin to pro and gives you the thrill and the feel of it very quickly.
Carve up the waves with cable ski! You will be met by your Henorita guide and taken to a small quay. A boat will then whisk you across to the specially constructed platforms and overhead cable circuit and here you will be given guidance and safety instructions, as well as techniques to make the most of your time and effort.
Carve up the waves with cable ski! You begin your journey on a specially designed ramp, which enables you to take to the water from above rather than being pulled up from under the surface of the water, this often causes people to lose their balance before they’ve even started. Then you are off across the water at great speed! Oh the joy! The achievement!…..  If unfortunately you don´t take to the water on your first attempt, swim a little distance to a platform or out of the ski zone (marked clearly by buoys) where a boat will pick you up for another go!!!
Carve up the waves with cable ski! A few tips: Don’t try to stand up too soon. You will begin in a squatted position with your arms outstretched, perfect for your launch. Then when you feel completely balanced, straighten your legs a LITTLE. Try not to pull on the cable, as it will actually send you off balance. Allow it to pull you. If you’ve had experience water skiing and you fancy a challenge, there are wakeboards available, but they do advise people to start on ski’s as wakeboarding is more difficult.

Henorita's Hint :

"Wear waterproof sunscreen, you will be in and out of the water."
"Wear swimming gear, you will be given life jackets and equipment whilst reading all the safety instructions and others useful tips!!"
"Don’t bring unnecessary valuables, they may get wet or drop into the sea. Bring some flipflops, a t-shirt and maybe an waterproof camera to take some action shots of the hen."
